Ljubljana Tiny Homes is the trading name of the short-term rental property registered as Tiny homes ŠMARNA, Medenska cesta 8, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia. Registration number (RNO): 138845. The data controller is the property owner, who can be reached at hello@ljubljanatinyhomes.com.

02What we collect

When you send a booking enquiry, we collect the name, email address, phone number, dates, number of guests and any message you choose to write. If you contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email, we receive the details you share through that channel.

We do not collect payment card details through this website. Payment is arranged separately, after availability and terms have been confirmed in writing.

03Why we use it

We use your details to answer your enquiry, check availability, prepare your stay and comply with legal obligations connected with guest registration and tourist tax. We do not sell your data or use it for unrelated marketing.

04Cookies and analytics

This website sets no tracking cookies and loads no third-party analytics, advertising or social media scripts. Fonts are served from this domain. If you click through to Booking.com or Google Maps, those services apply their own privacy policies.

05How long we keep it

Enquiry correspondence is kept for as long as needed to answer it and to maintain booking records. Guest registration data is kept for the period required by Slovenian law. You can ask us to delete information that we are not legally required to retain.

06Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your personal data, and to object to processing. To exercise these rights, write to hello@ljubljanatinyhomes.com. You also have the right to complain to the Slovenian Information Commissioner (Informacijski pooblaščenec).

07Changes

We may update this policy if our practices or the law change. The date at the top of the page shows the latest version.
