Questions about dates, beds, dogs or the best way from the airport — write, call or send a WhatsApp. The owner replies, not a booking agent.

When we reply
We answer enquiries between 08:00 and 21:00, usually within a few hours. If you are writing late at night, expect a reply the next morning. For arrivals after 21:00, self check-in means you do not need to wait for us.
For urgent arrival problems, call rather than email. The phone is with the owner.
Finding the house
Medenska cesta 8 is in Šentvid, in the north-west of Ljubljana, a side street off Celovška cesta. The homes are behind a gate with private parking; the exact arrival instructions are sent before your stay.
