Everything guests ask before arriving.
The homes are simple by design, so most questions have short answers. The details below apply to all three homes unless stated otherwise.

01How many guests can sleep in one home?
Up to four, in two separate bedrooms. Each home has a double bed in one room and either two singles or a bunk bed in the other, plus one bathroom.
02What is the bed configuration?
All three homes have one double bedroom. The Garden Home and the Terrace Home have a second bedroom with two single beds; the Family Home has bunk beds. Bed linen is provided for four guests.
03Is there a kitchen?
Each home has a kitchenette with a fridge, stovetop, kettle, toaster, cookware, plates and a dining table for four. It is equipped for simple cooking, not for a dinner party for eight.
04Is there a television?
No. None of the homes has a TV. There is free WiFi, a sofa, a dining table and a courtyard; the nearest cinema is in Ljubljana.
Getting here
05How far is the centre of Ljubljana?
Six and a half kilometres, about twelve minutes by car. City buses also run between Šentvid and the centre, with a stop a short walk from the homes.
06Is parking free, and do I need to reserve?
Parking is free and private, on site behind the gate, with one space per home. You do not need to reserve it in advance.
07How do I get here from Ljubljana airport?
The airport is thirteen kilometres away, about fifteen minutes by car or taxi. A taxi is the simplest option; buses run to Ljubljana’s main station, from where you would continue by city bus or taxi.
Practicalities
08What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 15:00 to 23:59, with self check-in and key access. Check-out is between 06:00 and 10:00. Arrival details are sent before your stay.
09What is the cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to seven days before arrival. Later cancellations are charged for the first night. The exact terms are confirmed in writing when you book.
10Is the property suitable for children?
Yes. The homes are single-storey with ground-floor entrances, the courtyard is enclosed, and the Family Home has bunk beds. There are no steep stairs inside, but the terrace and courtyard are paved rather than soft play areas.
Pets & house rules
11Are dogs allowed?
Yes, by prior arrangement and for a small fee. Please tell us the number and size of your dogs when you enquire so we can allocate the right home.
12Can I smoke inside?
No. All homes are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted outside on the terrace, away from the doors and windows.
13Do you accept bachelor or bachelorette parties?
No. The homes share a residential courtyard, quiet hours run from 22:00 to 06:00, and parties of any kind are not accepted.
